Polymer lithium battery

Voltage: Typical single-cell voltage is 3.7V, fully charged voltage is 4.2V (high-voltage models can reach 4.35V), and discharge cut-off voltage is 2.75V. Supports multi-string combination (2 strings 7.4V, 3 strings 11.1V) to adapt to different devices.

Capacity: Regular 100mAh (for Bluetooth headphones) -20Ah (for portable speakers). The larger the capacity, the longer the battery life under the same power consumption. The unit of marking is mAh/Ah.

Lifespan and cycle: The regular charge and discharge cycle is 500 to 1,000 times (remaining capacity ≥80%). Frequent fast charging, overcharging and overdischarging will shorten the cycle to within 300 times.

Basic features: The thickness can reach 1-20mm, and it supports rectangular and irregular customization. The standard charging rate is 0.2C (for example, 200mA for 1000mAh), and the continuous discharging rate is mostly 0.5C-1C (for example, 2.5A-5A for 5000mAh).

Soft-pack lithium batteries with polymer gel as the electrolyte, compared with traditional liquid batteries, have the advantages of being thin and light, customizable in shape (such as ultra-thin and irregular), and having a high energy density (about 200-300Wh/kg). They have an extremely low risk of leakage and better safety, making them the mainstream power supply choice for consumer electronics and portable devices.
